His expertise bridges finance and legal execution, covering environmental permitting, commodity offtake and sales, and the structuring of tax and carbon credit mechanisms. Known for disciplined delivery in complex environments, he leads fundraising, integration, and end-to-end project execution to bring capital-ready projects to completion.

Chief Investment Officer
Vesa brings a blend of institutional investment discipline and operational execution, with 15+ years across global investment banking and asset servicing. He leads capital strategy, portfolio thinking, and risk-aware decisioning while also driving the operating cadence required to deliver transactions and scale investable platforms. Working across AI, Energy, MedTech, and Sustainability, he aligns founders, investors, and industrial partners into executable partnerships. Co-founder of PwC Legal Estonia, he built one of the country’s largest law firms, advising banks, fund managers, and FinTechs across the EEA on licensing, AML/CTF, and cross border regulation. He brings deep expertise in alternative investment funds and anchors Habstone’s legal and regulatory strategy, including its FSRA Category 3C authorization pathway.
Marianne (Yani) Amores-Dutta

Yani is a top-ranked Architect, Master Planner, and Regenerative Design expert with a strong track record in systems-based planning and large-scale development. As founder of The Regenesis Project, she leads regenerative initiatives and advises local governments. She has shaped national frameworks in Singapore and applies Permaculture, systems thinking, and nature-based solutions to bridge design, policy, and action for transformative change.

Alan is a Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Executive with 20+ years in investment banking, asset management, and digital assets, including leadership roles at JP Morgan, PIMCO, and CEX.io (Managing Director, Chairman). He’s a certified AML specialist with an MBA in Strategic Planning, and expertise in derivatives trading, crypto, portfolio management, risk and compliance. He has held SMF1, SMF16, and SMF17 designations from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) and was appointed “Representative before SEPBLAC” by the Banco de España.
